Epeemaster Bjarne Höglund August 2011 I moved with my family to Neu Darchau, Germany. Since then I am also available as fencing coach in the Niedersachsen and Hamburg area. I started fencing summer 1991 at Wadköpings Fencing Club in Örebro. Since 1992 I have been Main Coach. 1992 - 1997 Main Coach at Wadköpings Fencing Club Örebro. 1995 - 2009 Main Coach at Västerås Fencing Club. 2007 - 2011 Main Coach at Hallstahammars Fencing Guild. 2009 - 2010 Main Coach at Köpings Fencing Academy. 2011 Guest Coach at Aberdeen City Fencing Club. During my entire coaching career I have also regularly coached at fencing camps arranged by the Swedish Fencing Federation and other regional fencing federations. Picture is from 2006

Educations:

	April 2006 Diploma Coaching Award Epee               British Academy of Fencing The British Academy of Fencing (BAF) is a member of the Academie d'Armes Internationale (AAI). All members of AAI gives educations to internationally recognized fencing masters. BAF has an education system on 5 levels in each weapon Initial, Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Diploma. With Diploma in all three weapons you are titulated Professor of Fencing or Fencing Master. Advanced in all three weapons is titulated Provost. Intermediate in all three weapons is titulated Moniteur. You could make your education in a single weapon, but will then not receive a title until you have taken the Diploma, you are then titulated Epeemaster, Foilmaster or Sabremaster. BAF has the reputation for running one of the absolutely best fencing coach educations in the world and I am very glad I could benefit from that. I am very grateful for all the help and friendship I have recieved from the members of BAF during my search for the knowledge and skills required for the Diploma  level. Without all the help and support from Professor Leon Hill, President Emeritus BAF, this would not have been possible. Professor Phil Bruce and Professor Andrew Vincent has also dedicated plenty of time and patience to help me reach the level of Diploma Epee. 	April 1997 Moniteur          Swedish Fencing Academy & AAI Moniteur is the lowest level of international fencing coaches  with the Academie d'Armes Internationale (AAI). The different levels are Moniteur, Provost och Maitre d'Arms. The highest level is generally called Fencing Master. To get any of these exams you must have skills in all three weapons epee, foil and sabre. I am grateful for the education I have received from Maitre Paul-Claude Wackermann, That made it possible for me to reach this level coaching skills. Thanks to the great network of Maitre Wackermanns I got to know my mentor mentor Professor Leon Hill, President Emeritus of the British Acadmy of Fencing (BAF), who helped get on further in my education as fencing coach.
	May 1996 Referee Exam Level 3 Epee          Swedish Fencing Federation Official referee education in epee. With this exam I was allowed to referee all national competitions.
	September 1993 Fencing Teacher      Bela Rerrich & Orvar Lindwall  For the Swedish Fencing Federation After having participated in numerous step 3 coaching courses I was offered to take the Fencing Teachers Exam at the Swedish Fencing Federation.
