Swedish Infantry Officers Smallsword 1790

Total length: 95,5 cm, Bladelength: 81 cm, Colichemarde 20cm, 30 mm wide and 10 mm thick at the base.

The blade has a three edged shape with beautiful guilded etchings of floral patterns on both sides.

The hilt is typical for swedish infantry officers. The type existed in many variation from 1660 to 1850.
The guard, quillons, ricasso, pas d'anes, knuckle guard and pommel are made of brass. The handle is made of wood, winded with steel wire.
